Pen Blanks for Turning
These blanks measure 7/8", 6" long. Using a temperature-activated color change pigment, these Thermo Moonstone Blanks™ have 2 temperature points. At 72 degrees, they are rich green in color but when heated past 86 degrees, they lighten up to a beautiful bright yellow. This means that the pens, utensil handles, or diamond painting pens you turn will change color using the body temperature of the person who is using them!
PenBlankSales.com's exclusive Moonstone Blanks™ are made using naturally occurring crushed moonstone, potassium aluminum silicate, these blanks will glisten and shimmer in the light as the moonstone reflects an amazing blue-white sheen.
*As always, we encourage you to paint your tubes or drilled area of the blank to ensure you don't see brass through the turned material, and as always make sure to wear proper eye protection and respirators when working with any materials in your shop.*
